Carolina Ceramics Named Best-in-Class in the Brick In Home Building Awards
Columbia, SC— Carolina Ceramics Brick Company is pleased to announce that they have been named a Best-in-Class winner for the 2007 Brick in Home Building Awards by the Brick Industry Association. The winning multi-family project, located in Boston, Massachusetts was designed by Dolezal Architecture, also of Boston and the brick was provided by Carolina Ceramics’ Wilmington, Massachusetts distributor, Spaulding Brick Company, Inc.Builders and residential architects from around the country independently reviewed and scored each of the Brick in Home Building Awards entries. In the end, five projects were chosen as the best in their field. Winners hail from all across North America, truly reinforcing the national status of the award.
The winning project is located in the Boston South End Landmarks District, a strictly defined historic area that regulates materials, window proportions, colors, and building details.
