2007 New Jersey Golden Trowel Awards
Columbia, SC- Carolina Ceramics Brick Company is pleased to announce that they have been named a Best in Category winner for their part in the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
Just eleven projects throughout the state of New Jersey were honored in the 2007 awards ceremony as part of the International Masonry Institute’s mission to recognize outstanding achievements in masonry design and construction.
The Best in Category winner, in the Institutional category, was designed by EwingCole of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Diener Brick Company of Collingswood, New Jersey, a Carolina Ceramics distributor, supplied the brick. The project features the earthy hues of the Carolina Ceramics colors Dogwood, Rosewood and Sable, which were hand blended to create the building’s unique coloration.
