USGBC Florida Gulf Coast Chapter - 2010 Building of the Year

USGBC Central Florida Chapter - 2010 building of the Year

Sustainable Buildings industry Council - 2010 Beyond Green Awards - 2nd Place

AIA Tampa Bay Chapter , Committee on the Environment (COTE) - 2011 Sustainable Award

Not to mention the building is LEED Gold certified and 2011 Energy Star Certified.  Congratulations to Straughn Trout Architects, Cement Products & Supply and Carolina Ceramics for another GREAT project!
